Returns & Exchanges



1. We’re happy to accept returns if your order does not meet your expectations, has defects or other non-compliance's.


2. If you need to send your item(s) back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return them. 


3. Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags and designer garment tags still attached. ShopWayMore reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, which have been washed or transformed in any way.


4. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order.


5. Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.


6. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.


7. If returned merchandise do not qualify for the policy, 50% of merchandise value will be deducted as restocking fee.


8. All returns must include return authorization number.




1) The User may return the product(s) ordered fourteen (14) days after receiving them, provided that:


a) The product(s) have not been used;


b) The product(s) maintain their original features and labels intact;


c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned to ShopWayMore.


2) Contact our customer care team to in order to obtain an RA number. Please include a reason for the return as well as your order number.


3) All return shipping charges are paid by the customers. Place the item(s) with all original packaging inside a box or padded envelope. You may choose any shipping carrier to ship back to us.


4) Once the returned items are received, ShopWayMore will review and confirm its condition and, when applicable, will refund you within ten (10) days. We’ll send you an email at every step to keep you updated about the return status.


5) If the returned products are damaged or worn, ShopWayMore reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the user.


6) The user should note that if the return has been made for reasons other than the existence of justified defects or fulfillment errors, ShopWayMore will not make the reimbursement of the shipping costs. Therefore, ShopWayMore will not reimburse the cost of inbound and outbound delivery initially supported by the customer for the respective order.


 7) At this moment, we do not accept exchanges outside US.
